Math preparation course
The FIS is buying 20€ Amazon coupons as presents for the tutors of the math preparation course. The computer science department will support us financially by paying half the price.
Next meetings
Alex is sending today(!) a doodle to find a new regular student council meeting slot for the upcoming semester. It will close on Friday evening.
Breakfast
Christian will organize another breakfast at November 18th.
Volunteer member
Désirée is a new volunteer member of the student council. Welcome!
StEP
We like to say thank you to the StEP organization team for their dedicated work.
Free beer
We will serve free beer on next Thursday at 16:00 to all computer science students in E1.3, room 109. Come and join us! :-)
Christian and Yan will go and buy 30l Bitburger and 30l Karlsberg Urpils.
Busy Beaver Award
Nicolas, Jonas, Yan and Jan will hand over the busy beaver awards and gift baskets in the introduction lecture today.
FIT
Jonas and Lukas report the current state of the FIT. For the post cards, we will meeting tomorrow at 1 pm.
As part of the FIT, we will allow companies to have a small 20 minutes presentation at the FIT day. The FdSI has oragnized a key speaker for us.
