Dean's Lunch

We've talked about budget cuts. Compensation funds are currently used completely for tutorials. The printer will be moved to room 013 after a short testing period. We discussed about buying new stuff for the students.

New stuff for the student rooms

Janosch, Sarah and Nicolas checked the student and seminar rooms and moved the swiveling chairs back to 105 and 106 and the others back to the seminar rooms. There are some swiveling chairs missing or needed to be replaced. 1 monitor needs to be replaced, 2 new should be bought for 106. An appropriate amount of LAN, VGA and DVI cables are missing. In the seminar rooms 4 chairs are missing. In the hall 20 places are missing chairs.

Nicolas should create a list of things that needs to be bought.

The missing chairs are going to be reported to the GeZi.

Semester break get-together

Yan did research for our planed get-together. He presents a calculation of costs. The council decides to held the feast as in the last years in the rooms of the student council.

The date is fixed to the 25th of February. We start at noon and run open-end.

New stuff for the students

Kappler suggest to establish a tinker room with a 3d printer, soldering iron and other tinker stuff.
Janosch looks for a printer, Kappler looks for other stuff and a room.

Nicolas did visit the library. The library is willing to accommodate a tying machine. Nicolas is going to look for types and prices of a tying machine.
