FIT
Jonas talks about the FIT. We need many helpers. There will be a Dudle. On the 26th 2pm we need to receive the tables at the street. The FIT team needs as much helpers as possible NOW for organizing the event. We need to hang up posters, distribute flyers, apply for wifi-log-in-data and more...
KIF
The Bundesfachschaftenkonferenz is from May 4th until 8th. Including Janosch and Jonas we want to send up to 4 people.
BBQ/Schwenken
Christian B. talks about the schwenken. Sausages will cost 50ct, grilles cheese and schwenker will cost 1Euro. We will not offer beverages.
Refurbishment of student work rooms
We cleaned the workplaces in the student rooms and replaced and added new hardware, like monitors and mouses. The rooms should be kept clean in future.
Election leader needed
We need a leader for the upcoming student council elections. He needs to organize the election, including announcing and performing the election and counting the votes and reporting the result.
