Agenda
Math preparation course asks for financial support
The math preparation course is organized by voluntary members. For their work they need a financial aids for materials, food, scripts, and so on. We will provide 855 Euro. The vote was positive with one abstention.
Schwenker missing
We were missing the Schwenker top, now we are also missing part of the rods. Christian should check if he can lend enough schwenker (device) for next week. Jan is going to organize a new one.
Summer party
Christian will set up a dudle for the summer party next week.
Bulletin board
The Geschäftszimmer will maintain our bulletin boards in the upper foyer in front of HSIII.
faculty board elections
Faculty board elections are on this Tuesday. Two candidates from the students council will take part.
Dean's Lunch
Tommorrow at 1pm is the dean's lunch. Topics to be discussed can be put on: https://etherpad.alsclo.de/p/deanlunch16
Campusfest
We will organize some games and give out drinking coins. Anna and Desi will build a 'can knock down'.
Mampfkasse
The Mapfkasse is missing money! Alex is not going to buy stuff until there is accounts without money.
