Agenda
Meeting with the FIS board
Nicolas will officially invite the FIS board and prepare a Dudle for the date. The targeted time frame is next week (6th to 10th November).
Microwave
As per the E-Mail about the topic, we want to buy a new microwave for the student's council's rooms. The student's council decided to buy one of the two Samsung microwaves (8 people for [4], 3 people for an upgrade to [7]). There is interest to finance the difference from private contributions if the FIS is okay with that.
Grid wall in 111
We had some workers looking at the room to see how we can block a part of it off for storage. We aren't sure about the placement yet, as there is a lamp in the way. It's gonna be a while though before it can be built, as the workers are swamped with other tasks.
Pub Crawl
The Pub Crawl with Anglistik, Romanistik and SpraWiTech will be on 30th of November and we will try to negotiate some specials. We need group leaders (and there will be a dudle for that). Computer Science is probably gonna pay for the first round in Ratskeller again (we'll ask FIS for the money). We also have to advertise more, so we can get good participation.
