Agenda
Advertisement for foreign universities
We got a request if we could promote master studies at a university in Finland. We discussed that they can use our normal advertisement channels (bulletin board, mailing list).
Simon should gather more information about the case.
Retreat
Jonas announced that the retreat will be on Sunday April 15th.
The retreat task force will prepare further steps this Friday.
Busy Beaver
We need to prepare the Busy Beaver Awards. Sven will collect the evaluations this week. Dominic and Sven will evaluate the results.
Students Council T-Shirts
We forgot about the personalized T-Shirts (Black T-Shirts with council logo on back and name on front). We voted on these last year. Anna will do research on the current price and inform us next meeting.
Sponsoring
Anna waits on someone to upload pictures from the last breakfast so she can mail supermarkets about sponsoring.
Also we discussed about sponsoring for our annual summer BBQ. We want to ask breweries for support.
Summer BBQ
The Math council proposed Thursday in last week of June or first week of July. We prefer June 28th.
More organized meeting
Nils proposed that it might be desirable to have more organized meetings.
Points are:
- new protokoller?
- prepare meetings beforehand so we have a agenda
- speed up meetings
- overview of progress of tasks assigned to members (~Trello, ticket system, other)
Think about this until the next meeting.
