Agenda
competition between faculties
Hubert Lam from the Physics faculty suggested a (mostly sports) competition between students of different faculties (physics, maths, jura, us…).
The idea is to establish this as a yearly event.
The suggested date is Friday, 2018-06-29.
We will talk about this next meeting.
State of the students work rooms
Nicolas inspected the current state of the students work rooms (E 1.3 rooms 013, 105, 106).
Some things were missing:
- 3 LAN cables
- 1 VGA cable
- 6 USB hubs
Additionally, 29 Monitors should be equipped with HDMI-to-DVI adapters.
The cables should also be secured with cable binders.
Nicolas proposes to buy LAN cables (much more than 3), cable binders and maybe some keyboards and mice.
Next Meeting
The next meeting is on 2018-03-27 at 4 PM.
Today, 8 elected members were missing from the meeting without advance notification. The present members were very disappointed. This should not happen again, especially when guests are invited.
