Agenda
FSK Report
Nils, Benedikt and David present their report from the FSK for the vote regarding whether or not the "no votes" should be returned for the next students council election. For the next election there will be no votes.
The "Mistrauensvotum " will be discussed in the next iteration of the FSK if still necessary.
The FSK recommended one Germanistic guy and one from HOK to be in the ASTA as the Students Council "Referat".
Result Faculty Council Election
Simon was voted in for our representation and Nils as his representative.
The first meeting of the new elected council will take place on 22.8.2018 .
Ticket Party
Our room is not nice and clean anymore. Since we do not know when and how we want to renovate Room 109 with painting the walls, we will do the cleaning after painting and renovating.
New Meeting slot
Since the semester is over, we need a new meeting slot for our students council in the semester break. Nils will make a doodle with the new time slots.
Mathematics Preparatory course
The MPC asked us to help them out with 855€ for:
- team building stuff (barbecue)
- social events during the course (gaming nights)
- T-shirts
- working stuff: (markers, paper,...etc.)
The idea is to create a money pool so that the course will run smoothly.
We voted with (+12/-0/2) on paying the MPC 855€ for the execution of the course.
Server Update
Our servers are now in the correct room. Gitlab and an Etherpad are running on it, but we do not have a DNS-entry for it yet.
