There are 3 major things:
Voting System:
They agreed to get the old voting system back, since in last iteration, it was not possible to vote against people to join the students council.
Non- Disclosure Agreement:
The FSK is up to change it to be in the student council law, that everyone is bind to legally. It should be handled in a way, that if one member wants a topic to be internal, the students council will vote.
CP for students concil work:
They talked to the AStA members to change the "Schein" for the CP. In order to do so, the students council should agree to give these points to the leaving members to prevent abuse.
AStA Party
We talked to Sabine Lessel about the closure of the buildings. Normally, every building is in "lockdown" after the regular opening times. They allow us to stay based on trust and on their desire to have productive and well taught students.
Regarding the question whether or not the "lockdown" during the AStA parties is reasonable, we decide that we agree with the "Geschäftszimmer"(9 votes).
Pub Crawl
This Thursday 22nd November, there will be our Pub Crawl. We have 70 participants until now. We have enough bars and group leaders.
Simon will ask the FIS for some drinks like last.
Breakfast / Nikofete
The next Students council Breakfasts will be on the following dates: 10.1.2019, 7.2.2019 . This is the first week in the new year having lectures and the last week of the lecture time.
On the last Breakfast, we did not have any bread left.
Like every year, we donate the donations we will get from the Nikofete. We vote on the following :
- wünschewagen : 4
- "advertisement": 4
- orphanage : 9
- "Kinderkrebshilfe" : 9
- help our chairs: 3
We vote on to support the orphanage (10).
We should definitely invite the professors.
Voluntary Member
We voted on Egla becoming a voluntary member. We accepted Egla as one.
