Agenda
Introduction lecture
The introductory lecture is later today.
Sabine needs helpers for serving the drinks and food (Enough helpers).
Nicolas E. needs help with the campus tour (Julian D).
The busy beaver is already organized and Philip will present it.
Game Night
At the end of April we want to organize a game night together with the esports Hochschulgruppe.
The game night will include playing smash bros and board games.
David will reserve a room and Svehses will make a poster.
The date will be determined by David and Manuel the esports guy.
miniStep
The miniStep had very little participants (between 15 and 25).
It was good but the social component was missing a bit.
Breakfast
The dates for the breakfasts this semester have been determined to be 25.4., 23.5., and 27.6. These might be due to change.
Pub Crawl
Other students councils have already been contacted. The anglistic students council already accepted. Responses from the others are still pending.
Summer fest
We still need a responsible person. Most of us still need to determine whether they are still a part of the council at that point. We will determine at a later point in time who will do it.
New Meeting Slot
Next week will be one new meeting slot. Nils will setup a doodle for that.
After that another slot will be determined.
