Maths preparatory course
We voted in favour of giving the maths prep course team 830 Euros for the maths prep course for freshmen.
Summer BBQ
We got ~1200 Euros in revenue. Our expenses still have to be calculated.
There are still leftovers to be sold.
Atul wants to establish a protocol for handling leftovers after the breakfast etc.
After the breakfast is over we will put the leftovers outside the FSR for the students to take whatever they want. In the evening Atul will bring what's left to the Tafel (Bahnhofstrasse)
We normally take old bread to the zoo close to the university.
Next year we will schedule one more shift so that there will be enough people left for the deconstruction.
We decided to buy fewer bread rolls next year. ca 400 should be enough.
More chicken wings...
Magazine rack
Clemens threw all the old magazines away. We don't have any current subscriptions.
We need ideas what to put in there now.
Mampfkasse
People should pay what they owe to the Mampfkasse. Anabelle has a list.
Miscellaneous
People associated with the breakfast, Mampfkasse and the Games Night should hava a Metro card. Kai inquired whether we can have one for the entire FIS e.V.
The new coffee system has been in effect for a week. The regular coffee drinkers should pay Karl the seed money of 10 Euro.
Next meetings
The next week there will be another meeting, then two weeks after.
In September the meetings will start at 6pm.
