Agenda
Hackathon Hate Speech
Ursela (position political education) from the AStA wants to organise an interdisciplinary Hackathon together with the CS Students Council on the topic of Hate Speech.
Date: Beginning of the summer semester, over the course of two days.
We'll consider the idea internally, and brainstorm ideas/figure out who wants to contribute.
Idea: Do a pre-meeting to think up ideas beforehand and create groups.
Fachschafts-0.5€
Discussions around the Fachschaftseuro are moving forward.
The money can only be used for office supplies right now, but that might change in the future.
#SIC letters in the students council
We were offered the huge #SIC letters to set them up in the students council, to promote us. We would get them for 10 days.
Our events will be promoted on the official #sic twitter/insta during that time, so we might schedule the torch run for Prof. Finkbeiner during that time.
Office hours for our archived exams
We will offer office hours for archived exams Monday and Thursday, 12-14 s.t..
Simon D. and TBD will take over that duty, with each person taking over one week.
People will still be served at any time, but are encouraged to come during the office hours.
Svehses will create an announcement.
Torch run for Prof. Finkbeiner
Prof. Finkbeiner got an offer from another university, and is undecided if he should stay at SIC or leave. To convince him to stay, we will organise a torch run on Tuesday, 4.2. Everybody is welcome and invited to join us to show him our appreciation.
Miscellaneous
Prof. Steimle will lend a 3D printer to us. We should take care of appropriate ventilation.
