Examination Committees
The students council elects the following members to be part of the Visual Computing examination committee:

FIS
Annabelle presents the FIS and it's goals and responsibilities to the new council members.
Annabelle asked if someone of could briefly present what we did during the last year and what events we plan for the upcoming year.
Studies Mailing List
As a students council we get a lot of request to distribute studies and surveys for theses.
Since we do not want to distribute these via our standard mailing list we propose to create a separate mailing list for this.
Julian will create a mailing list and we will promote it on our social media channels.
Meeting Slot
The meeting slots for Monday and Wednesday 18:00 got the most votes. We decided to hold the next meeting on next Wednesday and afterwards switch between Monday and Wednesday each week so everyone has a chance to attend the meetings.
New Study Regulations
In the last meeting we discussed about the new study regulations. Some questions popped up regarding the "new" maximum study time, also in respect to Corona Semesters.
The new maximum study time is simply a result of the state law.
Work as a Student's Council
In the last meeting everyone choose what he wanted to work on in the students council.
The individual groups should try to organize individual meetings for planning, knowledge transfer etc.
Voluntary Members
The student's council is assisted by numerous voluntary members.
We will prepare a shoutout to ask all voluntary members from the last term if they want to stay voluntary members.
