Online Game Night

Since we now have a few game licenses at our disposal, Manuel suggested that we should start hosting our own game nights.

He was asking for first suggestions regarding planning (Day of week, organization etc). Most people suggested that fridaz or sunday would work best. Since there also is a public holiday upcoming we plan to have a game night on May 15th!

Social Life in the FSR

Max suggested that we could also host some "informal" online meeting apart from the council meetings where people can just talk and connect.
The idea is to host this once a month. Nils suggested to try this out two weeks from now (May 11th) after the council meeting.

Appointment Committees

There are two new Tenure Track positions in the Bioinformatics Department. As the students council we have to select people to be in the corresponding Appointment Committees. Basically the appointment committee votes on who will fill the position.

The following people have volunteered to be part of the committees:

* Mohammadmahdi
* Clemens

There were no objections from the present council members.

Couches

After a poll in our Telegram group the general consensus was to take both couches and armchairs. However we might need to make room in the council room for them. Beste also gave a detailled opinion on which colors to choose.

Domain for the students council

We want to get our own domain to have more flexibility when configuring our services.

The suggestions made were:
* fsr-info.saarland
* fsr.saarland
* csfs.saarland
* fsrinfo.saarland

The council has voted on which domain we will order/use. "fsr.saarland" got the most votes out of the suggestions.
