StuPa Council of Elders
The Council of Elders of the StuPa is looking for a new member.
Their tasks are to clarify any uncertainties about the constitution of the students, rules of procedure and misconduct in the day-to-day business of the bodies of the student self-governance.
Usually this is not much work and they only meet once to two times per semester. The StuPa has asked us whether we know someone who would do it.
Alex suggested Nic and Nils. Nic declined as he is currently busy with his thesis. Nils would take it up, however it is unclear how long he will stay at university.
We will clarify if this is an issue and propose Nils.
FSR Visibility
Manuel has raised the point that we should think about, we can improve our visibility and reach on social media. This would also be beneficial for attracting some more sponsors.
He also suggested to have some more posters outside for our big events such as the Summer-BBQ. Lizzie and Manu also suggested to print business card with social media info to hand out at our events.
Nic raised the point that a lot of our events are not posted on our website. There are some unclarities on who is responsible for making these posts.
