Dean's Lunch

This just serves as a reminder that we want to have another Dean's Lunch soon. In order to talk about all of the relevant topics, this should be quite soon, so it is still within the current semester.

We will have a poll about a potential date.


State of our Website

Intro:
There was the concern that our website might be too “static” since many things are automated or too compact, with a number of things being in drop-down menus. There are also certain parts that have not been properly updated in a long time.

Conclusion:
The general consensus was that the rest of us are happy with the website design. However, we agree that certain parts should be updated accordingly. This should be done by the respective Taskforces who this concerns.


Library Cups (InfoBib)

Intro:
The FIS got an email from the InfoBib, about how their coffee machine does not have enough cups.

Discussion:
We still have some extra cups that we could potentially give them. Or we could tell them to check, if they can get some SIC cups. However, it is not unlikely that those would be stolen.

Conclusion:
We will first check if we can give them the extra cups that we have and then reach out to the InfoBib again.


Ticket Party

This is a reminder that on June 20th we will host a Cleaning Day (Ticket Party) to clean up our council room, office and couch room. We will start at 10am and order pizza at 1pm (paid for by the FIS).

So if you want to help us clean (and get free pizza), feel free to stop by next Saturday :)
