Busy Beaver
We evaluate if there will be a Busy Beaver for awarding lectures from WiSe 2025/26.
We indeed still want to organise this, so the taskforce shall contact the corresponding office to get Qualis data.
Unfortunately, we have not created a wiki article in previous iterations how the busy beaver process works.
We aim to have a list of candidates in 14 days.
Academic Visit from WCEA
A foreign organisation plans a trip to Germany and France in October and they asked if an academic visit to UdS is possible.
We voted if we want to help them hosting their field trip. We politely reject this offer.
Verfügungsraum & SE-Lab
Starting from next week, our Verfügungsraum will not be available for general use as it is rented out to a group of the SE lab.
A group who is regularly renting the Verfügungsraum will be asked if they can help with moving furniture (as there are no desks in Verfügungsraum).
State of Zammad
There are tickets in need for reply and closing again.
We especially received many thought protocols. (Thanks to all students who provided a thought protocol).
State of Ghost Members
A few elected members have not been seen for a long time.
We will contact the respective members, ask what their status is and if they are still interested of being in office.
