Data netwroks exam inspection complaint

we check the complaint ticket :
student has issues , some personal(as he admits) but mainly about inspection . exam inspection does not provide him any feedbak properly , he overheard people saying about the inspection that TAs were trying to basically just kick out students soon.
Prof.Anja basically says the exam inspection is not an exam explanation.
student claims same issues for midterms , 15 minutes per student , when asking about clarification no answers were given and there was a rejection to tell what is the mistake in solutions. They emphasize it is an inspection and not an explanation , student wants to go through the exam during the exam and learn properly from his mistakes.
student passed well, but unhappy about treatment.

our thoughts :
Harry says the course is too big , they cannot debate with everyone , should be more about checking a missing point.
We think maybe there should be more time to discuss, and there is also the opinion that at least a student should have more time to inspect.
other courses (like prog2) give you detailed feedback if you ask, but actually the instructors are not forced to do that, it is nice from them if they do it.
when students are unhappy then, examnination office is a reasonable reference to forward these complaints.
if enough students bring this to examination board they would discuss the changes.
we can have a talk with the prof about it and see their prespective.

Verfugungsraum Peer Mentoring

they have an office already for that, why need the Verfugungsraum?
well basically AMir explains that some peer mentoring associates would need a space to do that, there is nothing available.
we can also provide them with timetable and coordinate with them to organize such meetings.

we can suggest more air conditioning and cooling mechanisms in lecture halls wherever it is hot , complain and do things like that . we can write a letter in the future to higher-ups gathering complainst about it

Cispa website is a mess

there is no clear descriptions for the groups there to guide people fore xample about thesis topics and so on.
Prof.Stock can be asked to tell us who to ask about improving this and communicate it further with the responsible people.

it is about funding and providing more money to certain "excellence" programs and such. we can discuss if we approve this or not.

First Aid Course

the course is advertised, people who have a HiWi can participate in it and it would be encouraged for council members to participate . Do it if possible, it is nice.
