Agenda

Cleaning day, cleanliness of our rooms

We want to get rid of junk laying around in the students council room. We will inform former council members to grab their belongings. Once we got rid of a lot of mess, we will consider doing a cleaning day or a cleaning schedule (in teams of two).

Julian Baldus will contact sabine about bottle deposits that we owe her.


Deans lunch

David will ensure there will be a dudle.


Mail redirects

The new mail redirects have been set up. Every students council representatives member has a "@cs.fs.uni-saarland.de" email redirect.

We will ask the former council members if they still need their email aliases. Depending on their responses we will get rid of said aliases.


Breakfast

We will have a breakfast on the 21st of June. You can come from 9:30 to 14:00 and enjoy free breakfast with us!

We think it's a good idea to educate ourselves in terms of food hygiene. We will ask FIS about their opinion on purchasing an educational course for two of our councils members.


New old voluntary member Thomas

Thomas was an elected member last iteration. He wants to stay in touch with the students council and volunteers to be member of the council again.

We agreed to have Thomas back as a voluntary member without trial period.
