Agenda
NNTI Grade List
Intro: The exam grades were "publically" visible to everyone registered in the course (results linked to matriculation numbers).
Discussion: This may not be allowed and people are understandably unhappy with this.
Conclusion: We will email Dietrich Klakow and CC the Dean of Studies about this.
Advertisement for Prog 2 Prepcourse
Intro: The people organising the Prog 2 Prepcourse would like to put up posters to advertise for it.
Discussion: We currently have posters for Thought Protocols put up but we can add their posters later, as we have enough capacity.
Conclusion: Starting on March 1st, we will allow them to put up their posters.
Recap: FSK Meeting
There was another FSK recently, the protocol of which is available on Teams. This topic is mostly just informing the council of relevant things.
1. Franz-Platz Fete (event with activities proposed by Student Councils)
- Do we have any activities which we want to propose?
-> We could ask StuBA and the Gamenight people if they want to propose anything.
2. As there are lots of elections this semester, the University Vote Software may not be able to handle this. A new Working Group has been started, to adjust the Student Council Constitution for this. Are any of us interested in joining this Working Group?
3. Etatreader (information regarding financial things for Student Councils) is now available.
4. The registration period for the upcoming semester will be over towards the end of March. In special cases, the Student Council can help with exceptions regarding this deadline.
5. There will be changes to the student council website ("Fachschaftswebsite"), specifically some changes like council members being able to drive onto campus.
Suggestion: Heavy Paper Switch
A different type of heavy paper for our printer may be more suitable for our needs. We will first test some things before we decide on switching. The topic will be discussed at a further point.
Observation from past Meetings
Our discussions have devolved into "we need more members/helpers" multiple times in the past, which is unproductive. We will try to avoid this from happening more in the future.
Cleaning Day
Intro: We need to clean our council room again.
Discussion: In the past we've had Ticket Parties for this, though it has been a while since the last one. Cleaning the floor is more of a challenge but we should be able to get some university-side help for this.
We will need to find a date for a new Ticket Party.
Conclusion: The cleaning Task Force will organise this.
