We have card terminals from summer fest. reuse them for thesis print.

has to be charged from time to time;
we will leave instructions with it -> we gave an introduction for the device to present members

works with a bank card or NFC

don't use for gamenight drinks
probably also bad for rantl fees -> maybe later for Schwenker

FSR Meeting: Recap

in general: make processes easier

feedback to website: why everything capslock and only a third of the screen; seeing old candidates on website is also confusing -> mark as old?


FSR orga improvments

We had the idea of improving organisation and communication flow within the FSR: e.g. Head of taskforces, maybe even a head of the whole council(?). Goal: less chaos.

In the past, there were many people who felt called to do everything, so it worked out.
Too few people feel drawn to it now.

The problem with these leaders who oversee things: They have to be available all the time.

Zammad (our ticket system) has a similar feature.

Various reports indicate that onboarding wasn’t ideal this year; many people don’t feel called to do things.

Conclusion: The task forces can decide this internally, appoint spokespersons, and have some people give it a try.
